The Big O anime is an old anime that stars a man and his giant robot. The man's name is Roger. He is a negotiator in Paradigm, the city of amnesia. It had 2 or 3 seasons. I can't exactly remember. I doubt you saw Sailor moon Ike, it was only shown in Japan, until youtube came around! My first Amine would probaly be an old mickey mouse ( I don't care what you say, it's anime)
