You are aloud to make clans

Clan wars have to be discussed by the clan and all desicions have to be made before you challenge them.
If you can't do a Brawl because you can't find it, you can't use your Wii, etc. you must alert the other person. If your internet was messed up, you have to work it out with the person(s) yourself.
No giving away prizes UNLESS you talk to me (So I can agree to do it ahead of time) or if it's just clan member promoting.
